Delivery & Fees
We serve a 20-mile radius from our central hub with a flat delivery fee starting at $10. Your totes arrive clean and on time, and we pick them up when you’re done.
Late Returns
Need a bit more time? No problem. Simply notify us before your end date to extend your rental by the week so you’re never rushed.
Pricing FAQ
Do you require a security deposit?
No security deposit is required for standard residential rentals. We simply keep a valid payment method on file for the duration of your move.
Can I extend my rental period?
Absolutely. You can extend by the week. Just give us 48 hours notice before your scheduled pickup so we can adjust our logistics calendar.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery are fully refunded. Within 48 hours, a small processing fee may apply.
What if a tote gets damaged?
Our totes are heavy-duty and rarely break. However, lost or significantly damaged totes (beyond normal wear) will incur a replacement fee of $25 per unit.
How is payment collected?
Payment is collected securely online via credit card at the time of booking. Any weekly extensions are billed to the card on file.
